The idea
Vantis Structures was established to give builders a coordinated approach to formwork, reinforcement and concrete. Instead of three subcontracts and three programs, the builder has one structural package, sequenced and delivered by one team.

About integrated delivery
Because most structural delays happen between trades: formwork not ready for the steelfixers, steel not ready for the inspection, a pour booked before either. With one team the handovers happen inside our program, and there is one party accountable for the frame.
